Breakfast is served in the upper suite dining room daily between 7:30 and 9:30 am and your preferred time
of service can be selected the previous evening. With advance notice, an earlier or later breakfast
or a light breakfast to go can be provided.
We are pleased to offer a daily selection of locally-roasted coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, fresh fruit,
baked goods, yogurt and homemade granola. A featured hot entrée is also served daily. Vegetarian/gluten
free diets and food allergies can be accommodated, but please let us know at least
48 hours prior to arrival as we cannot guarantee last minute requests.

We offer "The Kootenay" with Black Forest ham and a traditional Hollandaise sauce or "The Canadiana" with Black Forest ham and
a maple syrup Hollandaise sauce. Vegetarian options are also available upon request. Served with home fried potatoes.
Seasonal Fresh-Fruit Stuffed French Toast
Served with real whipped cream, maple and/or other syrup and sausages.
An old 'family tradition' served with maple and/or other syrup and sausages. These pancakes are similar to crépes
and we will teach you some of the different ways to enjoy them.
Served with seasonal fruit toppings, maple and/or other syrup and real whipped cream, these homemade waffles are
crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Accompanied by sausages.
This 2-egg (3 if you are really hungry) omelette is filled with spinach, mushrooms and Asiago cheese and is
served with bacon and toast. Other omelette variations are available on request.
A dish we discovered while living in the Black Forest (Schwartzwald) area of Germany, lightly toasted rye bread from the Kimberley City Bakery
is topped with Black Forest ham, eggs and a slice of Swiss cheese and gently broiled. Served with broiled tomato and pan fried potatoes.
These delicious homemade crépes, which are filled with seasonal fresh fruit and
served with appropriate toppings, are accompanied by bacon.

We fill these buttery croissants, which are locally made at the Kimberley City Bakery,
with cheddary scrambled eggs and serve them with bacon.
